Torup church, which dates back to 1100, was the cultural centre of the agricultural region.
Today Torup is known for its eco-village, Dyssekilde. Here you can get a guided tour round the village on the first Saturday every month at 3 pm during winter and during summer in equal weeks at 3 pm. The price is 50 Dkr.
